Their food is good, coffee is standard, but on most occasions the customer service is not nice. The man who believe is a superior in some way is rude to both customers and his staff. I’ve seen him snap at them more than once, and he rolled his eyes at my partner when asked for a coffee.

Never again. Tried here twice even though my first time was bad as well. The man’s customer service was amazing but I ordered an «Iced White Chocolate» FIrst off, there was no coffee in it. Second off, it was white chocolate, milk, and ice blended? Alright, fine, maybe I ordered wrong. Next time I go I ask if she can just do an iced coffee with white chocolate. Shots, ice, white chocolate, and milk… right? Wrong. I got the same exact thing as last time, NO COFFEE. My drink was white. Why would I ask for an iced coffee yet there is no coffee in my cup? Then, get to work later and realize she gave me back the wrong change, $ 5 short! If I were you, hit any other coffee place on Acland Street if you are looking for COFFEE. Sad day, because the location was so convenient.

I frequent this place due to it being close to work and the coffees and drinks are good. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the food. I’ve noticed the days that I do end up having one of their wraps, I don’t feel to well afterwards. The wraps are amazingly delicious but I tend to steer clear of them now and go for the safer alternative which tends to be a ham and cheese croissant.
They do have the frequent buyer club where you can scan a barcode with an app on your phone every time you buy a coffee and you end up getting a free coffee after buying 9 or 10 coffees… If you just want a simple not extraordinary coffee this is the place to go!

Eurobites is a surprisingly good little corner creperia and café on Acland Street. It’s great because it’s perfect for all the busy shoppers and passers-​by on what can be a very hectic street at times. They offer really good smoothies, fresh juices, salads, pasty’s, yoghurts and of course, crepes.
Everything looks amazing and they make a fantastic coffee. It’s perfect for when you’re in a rush or want to sit down where it seems to be always pretty busy.
I also like that they have a summer menu with lots of Iced drink options as well as lighter salads. Perfect on a hot summers day.
