Andrew’s Grooming Humans

I went to Andrew’s Grooming Humans after reading the other Unilocal reviews and I am so happy I did. It is the best haircutting experience I’ve had, and I am just adding this to say that his positive reviews are spot on. Andrew is a listening, attentive, one-​man show… you can choose to read a magazine, or chat through the haircut, the choice is yours. I would have happily paid more.

Such a great experience! Took the time to get to know my hair, was incredibly knowledgable, and gave aftercare advice without pushing product. My cut is beautifully blended and I’m thrilled!
This is a one-​man operation and he makes a point not to overbook — he said he doesn’t like feeling stressed so allows lots of time for each client. Also means that you have the same person cutting, coloring, washing and blow drying so the personal attention is fantastic.
Andrew himself is softly spoken and great for a chat, but also allows you to stay quiet & read a magazine if you prefer.
I’ve already convinced my mum to come and get her hair done when she comes to Melbourne next — wish there were more hairdressers like him around!

Andrew is the best hair dresser I have ever found! He is honest and does a brilliant job everytime. He really listens — unlike others I’ve had who want to do their own thang and make you up like a nightclub hommie.
He does men and women and has years of experience in Europe the US and Australia. A one man show so you get all the attention. Best part is I can go there with my boyfriend. While my colour sets he gets his hair done. How many other places would do couples hairdressing? A brilliant find!!! Very reasonable prices as well — never pay $ 300 to get a cut and colour again.
