31 Degrees Custom Chocolates was created out the desire to bring European style truffles and pralines to Brisbane, using delicious, local produce. Each chocolate is made fresh to order, so you can tailor your chocolate exactly the way you want it.
The chocolates are created in small batches in the kitchens at Wandering Cooks, and are only available to order online.

Business Owner
After living in Paris for a year, Kaitlyn returned to Brisbane, brimming with ideas about all the delicious food she tried there. She studied Patisserie at Southbank TAFE and worked baking and decorating cakes for 18 months, before moving onto her true calling of creating delicate chocolates, with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients.
