I’ve been getting take away here from Alvin and the team for years and years. Great spot and also for eating in. Definitely recommended. John B

We arrived to an empty restaurant. No one visible — no staff, no customers. After a while and shaking a small bell we found at the greeting desk, someone appeared and showed us to a random table. The service was good and the manager/owner Alvin(from Hong Kong) visited our table to make sure we were happy and had a chat. The food was OK but, as you’d expect, very«Western» Asian food. It seems a lot of MSG was added to the food because we four all became quite thirsty and needed more drinks than expected. The banquet we ordered certainly filled us up though. Desserts was so-so — fruit salad from a can with a dab of ice cream. No plans to return.

I have been coming here with my family for years. It’s the only Chinese restaurant I know of in the Hallett Cove area and they’re always popular when it comes to takeaway. The restaurant is usually a bit quieter but still gets a decent crowd. I remember when I was younger my sister and I would watch the fishes in the fish pond while we waited for our food. And of course there are the prawn crackers to nibble on before hand. I’d suggest the honey chicken, garlic prawns and the sizzling Mongolian lamb. This place is truly delicious!
