Noonies

Who doesn’t love ice cream or not chips at the beach in summer? I know I do!
Noonies is located at the southern end of the Semaphore esplanade. It is the only café/​kiosk in sight and is pretty much in between the carparks alongside a large playground and one of those workout stations with equipment.
Noonies has lots of outdoor seating with umbrellas, grass and dog bowls with water.
They are located on the walking and bike path from the southern end of the esplanade to Largs Bay and the steam train also goes last occasionally, stopping in the main square of Semaphore.
They do icecream (both in a cone and packaged on a stick), a wide variety of hot food and also cold food like sandwiches.
They don’t have much competition, so it’s often busy and they call it your number when your food/​drinks are ready.
A better atmosphere than chips shops on the main street, and you can’t help but stop and grab a cold drink when you’ve been in the sun at the beach.
