We love Coffee and make sure you get the same tasting coffee everytime. For the non coffee drinkers we have a wide selection of hot chocolates, from chilli chocolate to dark, white and milk belgian chocolates as well as teas. Our food selections ranges from Salvadorean and latin amarican cuisine like Pupusas.

History

Established in 2012.

We opened in June 2012 where Julio the manager and barista has made sure the consistency in the service, coffee and food are always at a high standard.

Business Owner

Julio born in El Salvador, Central America comes from humble beginnings. One of 9 sibilings, life was not easy growing up and at the mere age of 7 began working cleaning parks and odd jobs to survice. By the age of 10 he began working in restaurants in his native town of Suchitoto. Since then he has not looked back and staying in the hospitality industry for 18 years. In 2005 he migrated to Adelaide, which was hard as he had to get used to a new language and new culture. He embrace the Aussie fighting spirit. He found his first job as a kitchenhand, then a cleaner until Gunn Group opened their doors to a young latin boy with limited english. He was able to show case his love to exceptional customer service and build a report with each and every customer. His love for Coffee led him to work for a café as a barista, but the shop closed down and Julio was left unemployed March 2012. With uncertainty and not much job opportunities available he decided to open Coffee Amigo. PhotoAdvertiser
