Well, when I first came across this pub the thing that stood out were all of the bars on the windows. In fact it looked more like a prison than a pub, but then again this is Elizabeth. However I think this place is actually really cool. It is not the busiest, or noisiest of places, which means that I can come here for a quiet drink and know that I am not going to be disturbed. I’ve also been told that this place happens to be a favourite for some of the engineers that work down at the RAAF base, which to me, gives this place a lot more dignity. I even ended up having a chat with somebody about blogging and the internet, which I would never have expected to happen in Elizabeth.
