Absolutely hopeless. I was unfortunate enough to have something purchased off eBay sent thru this awful courier company. Contrary to my authority to leave at the front door, they took my parcel to a Newsagent in a suburb I never go to! I requested front door delivery for a reason. Speaking to their«customer service» people yielded nothing but frustration. I was told different things by different people(from there’s nothing we can do to we will redeliver today) and this experience makes me appreciate Australia Post. Still don’t have my parcel. I will never again purchase from someone who delivers(or doesn’t) via these clowns.

Absolutely disgraceful! What’s the point of a courier if you have to wait up to 24 hrs for the parcel to be put on a system and then PICKITUPFROM A NEWSAGENCYYOUDON’T EVENKNOW because you’re not home! Redeliver it, let us say«okay at door» and bloody redeliver it! How bloody shocking for anyone wanting something urgently or a disabled person who can’t get out and about. BLOODYDISGUSTINGCOURIERSPLEASE. I WILLNEVERUSEYOU.

I work at a small hostel and we get deliveries of goods(bowls, plates etc.) through these guys once every 6 months or so — WELLNOTANYMORE! The deliver driver(who says he name was Basil) was the rudest and most abusive human i’ve ever met! I wish I could give less than 1 star!!! As we get many incorrect deliveries(as there is a business next door with a very similar name) so I asked before he brought the goods in if he could confirm what business they were from or a contact name for the delivery and he said«you can check it yourself princess». I then explained that deliveries would have to go down a flight of stairs to be kept in the store room and he refused saying«nah you can move them from here yourself, not my problem. I’m point to point» I explained I couldn’t lift 120kgs by myself, let alone down a flight of stairs(and pointing out that he had a trolley and it would take him no more than 3 minutes) and he refused again, calling me «vinegar tits» and«princess» saying that to suck his D***K??? Needless to say this behaviour is unacceptable in ANY situation, let alone a professional one where I would expect some semblance of Customer service? I have tried contacting Couriers Please to relay my feelings towards this treatment and am yet to receive any reply.

I have spent the last two weeks attempting to have my express post package delivered! Couriers Please won’t deliver this parcel to my work address despite the address being 100% correct and there being no reason to not deliver(there is a free car park and easy public access). I called the couriers please customer service when I noticed that my package had been marked as ‘incorrect address’ on the tracking page, I had an extremely rude, sarcastic and unhelpful lady(Leigh) tell me that that there was nothing she could do, I would have the contact the seller. I proceeded to contact the seller to have them amend the delivery address to please the couriers(they wanted the business name added on). Before the seller could get in contact with couriers my package was returned to the sender. I tried again to contact couriers please in regards to this and had extremely unhelpful replies which resulted in no conclusion what so ever, eventually they just started to ignore my correspondence with them. I again contacted the seller and arranged redelivery and once again upon checking the tracking page I see that couriers please have marked my package as incorrect address, I again contacted the courier company in a bid to avoid having my package returned for the second time. I was told my only option was to have the seller contact them(which didn’t work out so well for me last time) or to come to their warehouse to pick up the parcel myself. I again contacted the seller who I assume were getting annoyed about the situation and told me I would have to sort it out with the couriers myself. So my only option is to travel to go pick up my express parcel that was meant to be delivered to me two weeks ago. I work full time and the pick up times are only between 7:30am &5:30pm which means either way I would need to be late for work or leave work early in order to pick it up. It’s been a long, frustrating process in which I have tried to communicate with both parties and in the end have to take time off work and travel out of my way all because for some reason they won’t deliver to a business with the correct address!

Been using couriers Please on and off since 2006, but this was the last straw. Made a booking but courier never arrived even after calling them up and waiting 2 days. So I cancelled the booking and sent via Express Post. It was much cheaper and package got there next day. I would advise anyone considering Couriers Please to look elsewhere, their service is totally unreliable and it is almost impossible to get through to them on telephone. Just use Australia Post, they are much cheaper and way more reliable!
