Ask for an Indian Parma as seen on Hamish and Andy and with enough notice they will go and buy schnitzels.
If you are Victorian, this is a must try. If you regularly host Parma Nights for catch ups with mates, why not venture out and try this one instead!
So the Indian Parma? It started because Brent the Mixmaster (as seen on Hamish and Andy) had a brilliant idea and asked his local Indian Restaurant if he could make it a reality.
The idea is a Chicken Schnitzel, topped with butter chicken sauce wrapped in a cheese garlic naan. If you are going to venture out and get this one, make sure you as for extra butter chicken sauce for dipping purposes.
