The back camera of my iPhone 4S broke and I went to VG Phones to get it repaired as the service was advertised on their website. They told me to come back in an hour, which I did, and then they told me they had to keep it overnight and that they«hopefully» would be done with it in the morning and would call me. I didn’t get a call in the morning so I called them, gave the girl my name and number and then she put me on hold, but when she came back on line she hadn’t even checked with the technician about my phone and had to put me on hold again. Then, she told me that she thinks my phone will be repaired by 4pm. So I bike over there from CBD but they still weren’t done with my phone because the technician that was meant to work on it wasn’t in that day. Would have been nice to know that earlier. I told them I would just take my phone but somehow they managed to loose my phone’s back panel and were charging me for a new one. I refused to pay because they were the ones who lost it and so they ended up just giving it to me. Furthermore, the customer behind me was asked to give his phone pin number in front of everyone in the room which I thought was quite unprofessional and a breach of confidentiality.
