Little Somethin Somethin

My Partner and I went here for breakfast, and it was simply amazing. I didn’t know about this place, we just walked around and found a place that looked good.
We stumbled upon this place, and I know that when I come back to Richmond, I will be eating here again!
So good! The staff is super friendly as well! All around, fantastic place!

The food’s lovely, but on numerous occasions when I’ve tried eating in there’s been an extended wait for the food to arrive, to the point where you start to wonder if they forgot the order. Eventually an apologetic staff member pops by and tells you that «it’s on the way, honest», but this makes it somewhat less compelling as a regular destination. Best if you’re not in a hurry.

I think I have found my new brunch spot! What a cute little place. Sat outside on a beautiful sunny day, with the pooch of course, quick efficient service, coffee orders taken within 2 mins of sitting down. The menu was stressing me out due to there being like 3 different things I like totally needed to try, I opted for the chilli cheese scramble on brioche with bacon, I may of also ordered a side of the beetroot cured ocean trout because why not?
As we were waiting a large group of ladies went to enter till someone in their party said oh no no, I said I would never come back here due to the food just not being worth it. My little self started to get even more stressed thinking why didn’t we go to the trustworthy pillar of salt a mere 1 min up the road BUT thank goodness we didn’t and boy oh boy did those ladies miss out! Our food was bloody sensational!!! There was also a very generous amount of it, Thor was very happy with his left overs. I am not usually a chilli fan but my chilli cheese scramble was divine, my brunch buddy ordered the pork belly benedict and was not disappointed either.

After coming here multiple times after my first review, im giving it an extra star for the great improvement they’ve made. The staff are more attentive and friendly now and the meals have definitely become a lot more adventurous in ingredients and tasty!

The flat white and orange juice was nicely done, but we never got to try the food because they forgot our order. After waiting 30 minutes, we decided to leave disappointed. We didn’t receive an explanation nor an apology. A good example of poor customer service.

I was just walking by and was hit by the most amazing smell of coffee I couldn’t not go in. The coffee did not disappoint — WOW! Staff were really friendly and up for a chat which is always great.

This place was such a breath of fresh air. A few places around here are a bit too snobby for their own good, and when I rocked up here with friends we were greeted with a very friendly and funny server. Amazing food and coffee was up to scratch. Creatively presented and I will be making this a new local.
