This ice cream store is stuck in the 90s. The flavours of vanilla, cookies and cream and mint chocolate chip were considered generic even then, are now considered vintage. The most disappointing thing was the waffle. They were better off serving it in a plastic cup as the waffle was so stale to the point of being inedible. Conclusion This is probably the most average ice cream shop. Stay away from the waffles and cones. Better ice cream can be found at the supermarket by the litre at these prices and Homebrand waffle cones would have been better(no offense to Homebrand). This place is the definition of a tourist trap. @thesydneynoob

Just finished dinner and still had room for dessert. I Unilocaled the closest Ice-Cream/Gelato place. I’m going to be honest, i didn’t expect much from it at first. Pricey, but it was delicious! I got the Mint Chocolate Chip and they really captured the flavor. They also make their own waffle cones to keep things fresh and handmade!

I thought the ice cream at this spot was pretty good. They had the usual flavors one would expect — I had Cookies and Cream, which was okay — the texture was good, although the flavor wasn’t anything particularly fantastic. Even though I didn’t fall in love with the ice cream here, the customer service was friendly and attentive.

My friend Gonzie is the moat indecisive person I know, so when we went to Anderson’s Ice Cream in Potts Point, he had no idea what he wanted. The guy working there was so friendly and helpful, often in ice cream shops they will let you try little spoons of a couple of flavours, well I think Gonzie tried almost every flavour available before making up his mind. They guy working there got kind of into it and started saying«try this one, I like this one, this ones great…» I ended up jumping onto the bandwagon too and ended up trying maybe half a dozen different ice creams too. Anderson’s is one of the less experimental of the ice cream shops popping up around, but none the less their ice cream is delicious and more delicious. After the sampling I struggled to finish the enormous thick shake I ordered which was a mix of Belgian Chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
