Great ingredients, great food. But rarely do you get what you have ordered.
For the second time in two weeks (but it has happened on a number of occasions over the years), I have got back to my office with my sandwich in hand only to find out that of the 4 ingredients requested, only three of them are on the sandwich. And that is not through lack of repeating the ingredients. Today, while I was the only customer at the counter, I was asked 4 times, «sorry what was on it again»? AAAAHHHHHHHH… Chicken Schnitzel, cheese, tomato and beetroot; nothing else. This week the sandwich was missing the tomato, last week it was missing the beetroot.
Cleverly, the counter is setup so-​as you cannot see your sandwich while it being made, otherwise I could of intervened.
Come on Pumpernickels, this is your core business.

Pumpernickel is definitely is a healthy food stop at the Innaloo food court that you don’t feel uninspired by and walk past and pass up for some greasy delight. Pumpernickel is not only a delightful word to say over and over until it doesn’t make sense anymore (did I make you just do that?), it also has a terrific selection of delicious salads and fresh ingredients to fill the delicious sandwiches. There just only one down side to Pumpernickel expect to pay nearly $ 11 for one sandwich, but regardless the fresh ingredients and condiments as well as delicious fruit salad options makes Pumpernickel my favourite fresh eatery in the Innaloo complex.
