I provide alternative health & healing options that are designed to fit the needs of the individual. These include either, Counselling, Reiki, Chakra balancing/​cleansing, Meditation training, Inner child healing’s as well as educational workshops, Monthly women’s groups and retreats.

I have a passion for helping people to heal their lives especially if they have suffered trauma or been the victim of an abuse of power, for eg in a relationship, workplace or even culturally. I help you to empower yourself so that no matter what you have suffered you are no longer a victim.

I understand that the root cause of many illnesses are emotional problems and through the healing techniques we are able to help deal with the physical, mental & emotional aspects of healing.

History

Established in 2014.

Infinity Healing was founded in May 2014 to assist people who have suffered trauma or who are struggling with pressure to lead a more fulfilling and empowered life.

Originally started to provide workshops and a community where like minded people can come together the company has grown and now offers retreats, individual sessions, monthly support groups and a wellness program.

The aim of Infinity Healing is to provide a holistic approach to healing, taking into consideration the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health which is often overlooked in the western medical model.

Claire Roche is a sought after Counsellor and Reiki Master and offers programs that are tailored to meet each individuals requirements. She provides weekly yoga, Qi Gong and Meditation classes and participants often find themselves undergoing further work by partaking in the Monthly retreats.

There is also a team of wellness facilitators offering Massage, Tantra sessions and refelxology.

Business Owner

Claire Roche is a sought after Counsellor and speaker on redressing the balance of power within. She has a natural talent to enable others who suffered traumas, to discover a new sense of power and freedom.

Prior to entering the field of healing, Claire held down key negotiation and influencing roles as a Senior Clark in legal chambers in the UK and in project administration in West Australia. Wanting more than just bringing balance to the workplace, Claire has spent the last few years learning and studying energy work and Counselling is now a licensed Reiki Master and Red Tent practitioner. Most recently she has trained as an Energy Morphing Activation practitioner (EMA). EMA is one of the newest energy modalities available, allowing clients to easily and harmlessly release old energy patterns held within the body.

Clare finds that energy modalities work more effectively than traditional counselling, as people don’t have to revisit their trauma for the therapy to work.
