Meet the Business Owner
Stephen H.
Business Owner
Stephen has over 25 years experience in the hospitality and catering industries.
He was trained as a chef in London and has worked in establishments such as The Ritz Hotel, The Royal Garden Hotel and for the Roux Brothers.
Steve also worked in Bermuda and in the British Virgin islands as head chef on Necker Island– Sir Richard Branson’s private island retreat.
He has run his own restaurant in The Hunter Valley and opened Poppet’s Pantry with his West Australian wife, Jane in 2012.
