A new urban neighbourhood in Perth’s historic heart
Cathedral Square is an open, interactive public square, designed as a meeting place and new inner-city neighbourhood for the people of Perth.
Located in one of Perth’s major CBD blocks, the precinct is bound by St Georges Terrace, Barrack Street, Hay Street and Pier Street, and contains within it the historic State Buildings, Perth Town Hall, St George’s Cathedral, The Deanery, State Administrative Tribunal Building, the new City of Perth Library and a new office tower by Mirvac.
Home to an annual program of events spanning arts, culture and entertainment, complemented by restaurants, bars and carefully curated retail stores, Cathedral Square will captivate both locals and tourists, and transform into a thriving, engaging urban destination.
