Would of rated less than 1 star. After having our flights changed yesterday and being seated separately then finding out that our seats we booked 6 weeks ago have also changed. Now were seated together but they have put the largest man on the flight. Go to check in and the flights been delayed 3 hours which now means I won’t see my youngest nephews. Awesome work Qantas. Lift ya game

The staff at the baggage(lost & found) were fantastic. After an iPad was left on the plane late one night, I went early the next morning to retrieve it. At 6am I arrived. They don’t open until 7am but one of the friendly staff found somebody to help. He check out back and called the service desk. When he couldn’t find it he then found that the plane was headed to Melbourne and gave me all of the details to call them. When I called Melbourne, they were equally as helpful. I still didn’t have the iPad but felt I was being listened to and being helped. I left the airport about half an hour later. About an hour after that we received a call to say it had been handed in. Returning later that night, we showed our ID and received the iPad back. While I hope never to leave it behind again, the service I received was exceptional and is why I travel Qantas!
