Was doing some errands around here and so I decided to try this place out even though I had another chain’s burrito bowl. It wasn’t busy at around 4.30pm and there were quite a number of available seats. Before me, there was a couple who took awhile ordering their food. When my turn’s up, I ordered beef burrito bowl to dine in and was given a number for my order. Got myself a seat where you can see the whole restaurant layout. It is an open concept restaurant combined with modern interior design. Had colored on the fabrics they use for the seats and that made the whole restaurant inviting. After about 10 or so minutes, my order came(minus ½ star) after the waitress hurriedly serve other’s foods. Unfortunately, my order was wrong(another ½ star gone) as they gave me pork(carnitas) instead of beef. The food was great and for the same price, I would highly recommend this place than another chain nearby. The ingredients were in good portions and it was tasty. They put in a few corn chips on the side too. It was definitely on the affordable range of food price and it is a healthier fast food option. Will come back to try out the beef when I’m in that area.

Posh fast food has been the trend, no one executes this better than Grill’d, Guzman Y Gomez(GYG) certainly fills that latino void. The quality of the beef is pretty good normally you would have expected minced beef but at GYG they use what appears to be slow cooked pieces of beef. The veggies were fresh and nicely prepared. Corn chips were crispy and had that nice grilled flavour. No other food can deceptively fill you up as Mexican. I had their burritos once before and it’s certainly a good place to carb up. Conclusion My advice to you is to always go for beef and only go there if you’re really hungry. Good service and fresh food, simple but amazing combination. @thesydneynoob
