This place is my best discovery of last week! The Black Grape came to life about 5 weeks ago, and it is a lovely small wine bar with amazing wines and lovely design. It looks like one of the pop-up bars, it’s tiny! It’s about 4 tables inside and few more on the outside. We went there to try out some of their wines, but they also have coffee machine, so if you feel like a coffee at 8pm on the weekend — YES. You can get it there. They have quite a nice selection of wines — that changes frequently. You can get a bottle of red from $ 35 — not bad! Also with your order, you get a plate of to-share snacks, that also vary. We had a pleasure to try some lovely olives and anchovies. Very yummy, they disappeared in minutes! Owners are hoping to extend the store to next door and possibly have also breakfasts available — I will be looking out for that space! If you’re wine fan, definitely give it a go! Even if just for the atmosphere.
