Popped into this new French restaurant on Sunday. It is where Mario Sarti used to be in Bardon. Chef, Roman Bapst is highly acclaimed, so I was expecting good things and wasn’t disappointed! I had the snail entrée, which was delicious and very garlicky!(I was a little disappointed, however, as it was advertised on the menu as having a pastry, but there was none!) The sandcrab lasagne for main was great. very tasty, but a little too creamy for my liking. Overall, a good meal, but a little too rich for me… not the fault of the chef, but rather French cooking!
