Came here on a Saturday evening at around 6.30pm and it was packed already ! The restaurant is quite small — there are probably just 10 tables or so. Food was good but I am only giving a three stars because of a few annoying things — I sent a message to them on their website a week in advance, hoping to make a reservation. No reply. It turned out that they do not take reservations, but still, a reply would have been nice — Food took FOREVER. I get it, a small restaurant and hence a small kitchen. But it shouldnt take over 20 mins to cook some dumplings. — waitress didnt know the menu?(«I dont’ really know what is it, as it’s the first day on the menu»). Not cool. — Tables are pretty close to one another, I didnt like how you cant help but to overhear others’ conversation and vice versa. Dumplings were pretty decent, so was the beef curry — meat was sooo tender + grilled yummy roti ! I would recommend this place if you are around the area, but if not, dont bother :)

Been a fan since Fitzroy St days! Kim is the ultimate hostess with the most! Usually packed and space is limited but worth the wait! Been here with groups and called well ahead to secure a seat. Great prices with a good affordable wine list! $ 30 bottles! Everyone we bring here comes back and brings friends! It’s a feel good, great vibe, service food frenzy!

Duck pancakes and dumplings for days. The duck pancakes are succulent and flavorful while the soup dumplings definitely liven up your dining experience. The portion sizes are small(in a very positive way) and the prices are very reasonable.

This has to be the favourite place for dumplings. So fresh and full of flavour! The duck pancakes are a must.

Love the new location. This was my first visit here and though everything we tried was delicious. I’d be keen to come back and try more of the menu with a bigger group. I feel like we didn’t get the full experience after just one visit. The restaurant isn’t huge, but they could probably seat a table of 12 – 14 in the middle of the floor. There are booths and tables that can easily seat groups of 4 – 6. Not sure if they take reservations for groups or not… Atmosphere and service were also great.
