Shopping experience in Aldi is never really memorable… Or if it was, it usually is for all the wrong reason. At this Aldi, it’s not much different to the others I’ve been to. It is jam packed with people pushing a cart trying to buy a bargain, from toasters to plastic tumblers. I won’t deny it, the bargains are quite good but included in this discount is the not-so-good service. It’s not a problem that you don’t get your groceries bagged, or that you have to pay for the bags yourself, it’s the customer service. I was in here recently and I heard the check-out staff sharing some(terrible) comments about the previous customer. As a customer myself, I did not want to hear it and it’s certainly not appropriate for the staff to talk about customers like that. If you ignore the lack of service and don’t’t mind the limited stock, then it might be okay. But really, it’s not the best shopping experience.
