I had heard of Beacon lighting, but for some reason I always presumed their range was bit dated. Perhaps that’s because their logo is a bit old school and I had seen some print ads? Anyway I was walking past yesterday and their range of copper pendant lights lured me into the store. I had a look around and was particularly taken by their range of lamps. Check out all my photos — they’re beautiful(the lamps that is). they’re all about $ 200 so pretty standard pricing. From pastel modern styles to minimalist mid-century inspired numbers. Surely a lamp to suit all tastes. Lot of beautiful pendant lights perfect for a statement piece in your kitchen or living room. At the back of the store they have a range of kitchen and bathroom lighting, but I’m not in need of that currently so I didn’t venture too deep into the store.

I have a thing about lights. Is that weird? Probably, but it most likely comes from my tragic teenager years when I only looked good in dim to no lighting. Take note retail stores that put those florescent lights in dressing rooms. Seriously, you’re stupid and I hate you. Long story short: I love lamp. And I like pendant lights, chandeliers, etc. I think correct lighting is the cornerstone to fabulous décor in a home so places like Beacon really get my vote. They have lights for every occasion. Modern, traditional, mix and match, take your pick. They have sales frequently so you can most anything without breaking the bank. They also recommend a variety of awesome electricians to help install everything you purchase. All my lights are from Beacon and personally, I won’t go anywhere else.
