Wow: They spent hours helping me buy kitchen appliances, honestly answering all questions I could think of. When I organised delivery, they reduced prices for items with price reductions before I asked. I am now definitely a fan and a future repeat customer. Thankyou.

I think we have bought almost all of our electronic and white goods from The Good Guys.
We always look around and check out prices at Myer and Retravision and all the other usual suspects, but The Good Guys always end up the cheapest, and sometimes you get free Timtams with a purchase — this really happened to me on Sunday!
They also seem to have a pretty extensive range of vacuums, air-​conditioners, fans, washing machines, dryers, TVs and any other electronic item you’re after for your home.
Sometimes they seem to be short of staff (to ask a hundred questions about the fan you’re looking to buy) but when you finally get a staff member they’re pretty nice and helpful.
