These cabs are great when you’re already at a location and they are parked outside. Normally, they’re fairly clean and convenient after a night out.
My issue with them is when you need a cab to pick you up from a house and they don’t answer the phone. I’ve had this happen more than once and that’s why the lower score.

Some of the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced ever. Tried feverishly to recover a lost valuable that was left in one of their cabs. Even pursued the cab in another cab (from a different company). The driver would not respond to calls from dispatch, and the customer service people took days and days to respond.
They instructed me to call, which my friend did for me since my phone was the item left in the cab, and after five times trying, finally spoke to someone. We were told that they were unable to reach the cab driver and after a week I was told by email that he couldn’t be reached… but he would probably have turned it into the police? Doubtful. Someone who can’t return a call from dispatch is not likely to turn in a lost item to the police.
Dishonest, unhelpful, very frustrating. Use at your own risk! Good luck!

It even seeps into your dreams and transforms them into nightmares.
You should never expect decent service from this cab company. It takes ages to get through, and ages for the cab to arrive. Sometimes you have to call several times before they process your cab request.
