Portmans

Portmans used to be really conservative in terms of style, more office wear than night wear. It had a few good styles here and there but not much.
Lately though, it’s come up with some really cute stuff, still office wear, but with a little more style. I bought a really cute (and mega comfy!) high waisted skirt from here; it was navy blue with a thin red belt and didn’t suffocate me whenever I sat down, yet still fit snug around my waist.
You’ll find lots of floral, lace, flowy material and very girly styles here. I really really like the new Portmans; they now do style and comfort. It’s quite suitable for all ages as well — they have the more edgy black-​laced tops but also cotton ⁷⁄₈ length pants, not to mention a wide range of accessories like jewelry, scarfes, bags and belts.

I love the clothing in here, ranging from really nice corporate wear to some really nice basics and every day wear.
Back in the day when I was working from an office, I waltzed in here and bought a whole new corporate wardrobe, it was a great shopping experience and I’ve always gone back since then.
Portmans is never cheap but in the Norwood outlet you can often find some really nice sale items located on the rack near the change rooms.
