This is probably the best chain mexican place in Perth. I’ve been to a few other Guzmans but this one seems to be consistently better. The price is around $ 12 for a burrito or bowl, consistent with other places. There is also pump sauce and add your own coriander, raw onion and jalapeños, which is a nice addition and really sets the store out from other places like Zambreros or Mad Mex. The store is also open late and licenced, so it has everything someone in Northbridge would need!

Good Mexican, very affordable. If I have to chose This restaurant and a Mc Do, then Mc Do loses :-)

Can’t say I’m a fan of chain restaurants generally, so when I was dragged along here recently I was tad reluctant. But, I went with an open mind and came away pretty happy and certainly satisfied. Service was super friendly. The place was clean too and we managed to score a seat in one of the booths away from the windy sidewalk.(The only downsides for me were the lines for ordering and longish wait for pick up.) I had a spicy pulled pork fajita and we shared a nachos & guac. Both were very tasty. Subsequent visits have also been good. Strangely, rice was of the brown variety once(preferred!) but white during other visits.

Round 2 at Guzzys. Bazza burritz went down a treat as usual. Unfortunately, the jalapenz sawce was no where to be found, which was Dissapointing. Also ordered some churros that came before the burritz and were cold and stale by the time I got to them. Also some turkey switched my dulce de leche with chipotle so had some serious churro sweats. Libido and connects next door also provided great post-burritz gags.

Guzman y Gomez has never disappointed and tonight was no different. This is definitely my fav(fast food) Mexican joint in town. The food isn’t a fresh and salady tasting as Zambrero but something about what they put in their meat keeps me coming back. What’s more, as it was cinco de Mayo, they had $ 5 burritos and $ 5 Coronas!

Best Mexican quick bite in town. Food tasting as fresh as possible, kind staff, various locations… Great option for Mexican Food lovers. Don’t expect too much from the frozen margaritas though, focus on the food.

Had a great take away lunch from here. Burrito in a bowl was great and I had chicken which was tasty. Easy to order online and then pick up. Would recommend for a tasty and quick lunch.

The food here is nothing great compared to what can be found in the States, but it is a solid option in Western Australia. The food is good(not great), the restaurant clean, and the staff quick and friendly. I recommend skipping the Margarita, at $ 10 for a small portion made with lower end Tequila it is not a good value. Make sure to stop by the salsa/topping location to grab cilantro, red onions, jalapeños or a selection of salsas to give your burrito a little kick. Otherwise you might find your entrée on the bland side.

I come here a lot. Let me tell you why. Consistently delicious food. Speedy service. Super friendly staff. Beer. Decent toilets. It’s clean. The loyalty card is awesome, too. Hearing the words«Actually, you have enough points to get your burrito and beer for free» is enough to make anybody loyal! Finally, they make the best veggie burrito in town. Just be sure to ask them to swap the sauce for a hotter one and pile on the jalapeños if you are a spice fiend like me!

this was my first visit to a G&G. The store was modern and clean and not at all busy, which is good. Service was friendly and fast, and I like that you can sit while your food is prepared. I dislike having to stand shoulder to shoulder in the line like at Zambreros. I had a chicken burrito and it was amazing! Not at all like the typical ‘mexican’ chicken flavour — it was more barbecue-esque and smokey. And it was huge, I couldn’t finish it. Good job

Very fast sevice, literally had our food within 2 minutes. Enchiladas were delicious and the nachos were nice and crispy, a little too many beans in the meals but was otherwise impressed with the meals.

The burrito’s are delicious, so full of flavour and very filling. I’ve tried the chicken and vegie burritos now. We had a movie to catch so only had 30 minutes to order and eat. The burritos came out in less than 5 minutes so we had plenty of time to chat and eat. You can pick up a Guzman ‘Gomex’ card and earn loyalty points every time you order. 150 points and you get $ 10 off your next purchase. Can’t wait to try the tacos, nachos, enchiladas, salads and the slushies. Hmmm what to choose next time! :)

One of my favourite take-out Mexican eateries in Perth. GYG serve a range of burritos, enchiladas, tacos, fajitas and heaps more! Burritos are jam packed and filled with all the goodness of a classic burrito and loads of flavour. The salads are also a great and tasty option and the servings are large — yes! Service is also super friendly and fast! You can also help yourself to a range of sauces(tobasco) and condiments(jalapeño, cilantro and onion) :-)

I’m a sucker for a good taco and burrito! The one thing I prefer about this place compared to Zambrero’s is the meat is cut thicker and you can actually taste the grilled flavour and they have quite a few more menu options! The service is always super fast and the food delicous! If you make a mess like I do, make sure you have a napking on hand to catch all the yummy juices and salsa. They now serve frozen margaritas and imported mexican beers. Perfect stop for a quick bite and drink before or after a night on the town.

Yummi! Authentic in every way! Guacamole 8⁄10. Pulled beef nachos yum, authentic flavour not too spicy unless you add more spice! Music I feel like I’m in Mexico again! Especially with a corona to wash it down! Awesome! It’s slogan«autentico, Mexicano, delicioso» sums it up. Good value for money!

Finally found a Mexican restaurant in APAC that can satiate my Tex-Mex cravings. Their burritos are big and hearty and after having a ridiculous lunch here consisting of a pork burrito enchilada style(drenched in guacamole, salsa, etc) and a nacho with spicy chicken(watch out, it’s really spicy!) I’m good for ATLEAST a month before I will crave another street taco or carnitas burrito with all the trimmings. This place definitely met my Mexpectations!(Quoting another reviewer here b/c I LOVE that term)

Arriba ! Had the Spicy Chicken Guerrero and Barramundi burrito bowls. Stopped in here for a lazy Sunday lunch today with the gf and have to say I confirm with aplomb the hype surrounding this place. This is fast food, cooked well for a reasonable price. I would say it sits in the region of Nandos pricing but with similar quality food. The Jarritos soft drinks go down a treat(we shared a Mango Mango). Both the borrito bowls we got we monstrous and we just about rolled out of the place afterwards. The Spicy Chicken Guerrero Burrito is recommended for people that like a bit of spice in their food. The Barramundi Burrito is also nice but lacking the same kick. There are condiments and jalapenos near the serviettes for those who require extra heat. Service was friendly and the inside of the shop has a modern and cool feel to it. There is a reasonable amount of seating inside and out. This place is hip and a great idea. I will definitely be back to check out more of their offerings.

Headed there for their free burrito opening day today. At 11am when they opened the store, the line of customers out the front was over 100 metres long. They still managed to take our order, serve our food and get us seated in less than 10 minutes. Quite an achievement, especially on opening day! The food was great. We tried the barramundi and pork burrito. The barramundi was really bland, great for those who don’t like spice. The pork was much more up my alley with a nice little kick of spice to it. They sell salads and tacos and quesadillas too. The service was super friendly and I couldn’t believe the speed they were pumping the burritos out at in the open kitchen. The workforce in Northbridge seemed pretty stoked for this new arrival.
