Sushi. Japanese BBQ. Sushi. Is your mouth watering yet? Mine did. I run here for a quick bite at lunch from work. They have fresh sushi rolls that they make up at about 11.30 that they put on a small cooler table near the entrance. Usually all the good ones are gone by half 12 so you have about an hour window to get in here to get the good stuff. Be ware though, if they run out of your favourites they will not make up any more. You will need to go into the restaurant and sit down to get your rolls. Which is part of why I gave it 3 stars. They have the lovely purple rolls that are the healthier rice versions of their sushi as well, which is but a smidge of why this place is a must go if you are in the area. I’m yet to eat inside, but how wrong can you go with Japanese BBQ? From my experience not a lot. Unless you accidentally set off the fire alarms. It wasn’t my fault. Honest. They don’t have any of the traditional Japanese drinks here like the ramune that I have an obsession with.
