Hamersley Pool

Have to say this is my favourite patch of sand in Perth.
It’s sheltered by cliffs so it’s never windy, even on really windy days. It’s surrounded by reef so there’s no fear of Sharks and there are no huge dangerous dunking waves that you would get up the road at Trigg or Scarborough.
There’s not a lot of sand area, especially when the tide is high, but it’s not too popular so there’s usually always somewhere to lie.
There have been snake and lizard sightings before, so be weary of that if you have a phobia.
There are Toilet and shower facilities here that are reasonably clean and well kept, as far as beach public bathrooms go anyway. The only fault I can point out really is the parking factor; it can sometimes be an issue, but not enough to stop me from going!
