History

Established in 2006.

We had always dreamt of our own family chocolate business. With young children in tow we set our on a family holiday to Italy that we intended to be life changing. We made a pact before we left that we would think about what we wanted to do and no matter what when we returned to Australia we would go after the vision and not turn back. we set up Dello Mano not long after returning and have been committed to our obsession with the hand made, quality, purity and of course chocolate ever since.

Dello Mano began as delicious and luxurious corporate gift. After several months we were invited to have a stall at the New Farm Farmers Market and there began our relationship direct to clients. We set up a website and offered our luxury brownies available to buy and ship all over Australia. Recently we opened our first retail store at 29 Doggett St. Teneriffe. Hope to see you there!
