Worst customer service i have ever had in my life, hogs breath management decided to shut early due to rain which would have been fine had i not had the worst manager i’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. She was rude, argumentative, arrogant, interupting customers while trying to complain. Never in my life have i seen an adult chuck a tantrum like she did. Please avoid if your looking for reasonably priced meal or good customer service

For a hungry, drunken group of people as we were, this was a life saver. We really struggled along Honeysuckle to find somewhere still serving food but Hog’s Breath was thankfully still serving until 10:30pm. With eyes bigger than our bellies, myself and two others ordered a finger food combo each. It was terrific with potato skins, spring rolls, calamari and chicken with sweet chilli and honey mustard sauces. For future reference though, definitely a portion for sharing. The menu is extensive with a good cocktail selection. Our waitress was lovely and took our terrible alcohol induced humor in her stride.

Great Everything with FREE WiFi nearby… The very first time my family and I ever visited Hogs Breath was here at Honeysuckle — we had never tried it before and the first time we cut and bit into the steak, we all drooled HAHA. It was the best steak that we have ever tried. Since that first visit, we’ve had the occasional problem but over a period of 4 years:(1) the first was a large group booking, where most of the steak was dry and hard — we all received a 25% off discount card. The best thing about the cards: my family was visiting from New Zealand and was given a card also. As soon as I got home, I activated all of our cards on the Australian and New Zealand stores — their Australian given cards work in New Zealand.(2) The same group but a different booking: majority received dry steak that was replaced with a less dry steak, and the meals were refunded or charged less.(3,4,5) Dry steak, replaced with less dry steak and occasionally a soft, juicy steak. Once, we waited over 30 minutes for our order to be taken and even longer for it to arrive. Only 2 or 3 times we’ve had to wait — our visits are usually a maximum of 45 minutes, but it took about 2 hours on that occasion and we left as soon as we finished the meal — so most of that time, was just waiting to book the meal and for it to be cooked. It was full but not as many people as we were used to, so I’m not sure if there were less workers on that day or not. On the other occasions, it was full and we were just waiting for other customers to finish their meals. One other wait was just for a colouring-in sheet and crayons for my daughter, which arrived after our meal and just before we walked out the door — my over-active child is usually kept quiet with activities. Besides the occasional dry/hard steak or hard fries, the meals are a large portion, majority of the time the steak is soft and juicy.

They have the best steak. I love their food. The staff were very freiendly and drink service was good. Use your entertainment guide to save uptp $ 30! They use an oven called a alto-shaam cook & hold oven. This oven cooks at 60 – 70.C for their claimed 18 hours. The meat and fat break down into a melt in your mouth experience! I highly recommend!!!
