The raw food trend never really took my fancy, don’t get me wrong, I think Raw PawPaw is a lovely place, but I mean give some fried comfort food any day. But for those days when you’re craving something fresh and healthy,(just so you feel like a bit of a real adult that’s doing something good for their health) Raw PawPaw is a great place to go to, the food was delicious and beautifully presented and the service was lovely, great range of fresh juices and smoothies to choose from!

Love the vibe, love the food. Been there a few times now and really love the food, good service and offer a wide range of healthy but delicious foods. The juices are great but the green one is very«green». The lifestyle board is the way to go for breakfast and they have really good salads for lunch

My tastebuds are still rolling around with a smug grin on their face. Their delight from the bowl of salad at the Venzin Group’s newest venture is simple and true. Only two days old upon my visit for lunch today, it’s fair to say that there’s every chance Raw Pawpaw will evolve and grow as it settles into it’s spot where Café Bouquiniste once was. In fact, I’d expect it to and if today’s «Day 2» experience was anything to go by, future visits will stand to be something to look forward to. After a week of battling a virus of no particular origin and feeling the Winter SADs, I was excited to try Raw Pawpaw and it’s menu focusing primarily(there’s a few naughty treats on offer like a gluten free chocolate brownie or a raw raspberry cheesecake) on healthy eats. I opted for a small salad($ 10.90) with a side of smoked salmon($ 5.00). There’s about four salads in the display cabinet and you can mix and match as you choose. I went for the beetroot & israeli cous cous with goats cheese and fresh orange segments combined with the roasted carrot, kale, shaved fennel and red onion salad. Bellisimo! I felt virtuous and recharged at once. Paired with an iced latte(with Luz Almond Milk) — I left feeling satisfied. Needing nothing more. In a restaurant and café scene saturated by US-style diners and deep-friend offerings(no complaints, I enjoy a damn good burger every now and then), it’s mighty refreshing to see doors swing open to a venue that’s about the food you can happily and healthily eat day-in-day-out.
