Established in 2005.
Efficient Living is a team of seven experienced sustainable building consultants, based on the northern beaches of Sydney.
We have been providing ABSA and BASIX certification services for over 12 years. Our clients include multi-unit developers, housing estate builders, architects, and project and kit home companies.
Efficient Living is currently Australia’s highest volume ABSA assessors, servicing all areas of Australia.

Business Owner
Tracey oversees all services offered by the Efficient Living team and facilitates their business alliances.
Tracey is responsible for the maintenance of a quality service and customer satisfaction. She provides industry training for upcoming professionals and runs educational seminars for architects and development managers.
Tracey has a passion for the built environment. She has worked in the building industry for the last 15 years and specialised in sustainability for 12 years.
Tracey has training in: Architectural Technology, Building Principles, Building Thermal Physics, NatHERS, BERS Pro, AccuRate, Section J, Green Star and NABERS (ABGR).
