Finding a good fish and chip shop these days isn’t easy. It took quite a lot of trial and error to finally and happily find Archies about 6 years ago. Since then the quality and service have not faltered. The servings are generous, the fish is fresh and the burgers and nuggets keep the kids happy. Just glad it didn’t fall into the giant sink hole that happened just behind it on Highbury road!

Brilliant fish and chips. The fish served aren’t small portions like other outlets, yet they are lightly battered and crispy. The potato cakes are also on the large size, and the chips are perfect. Highly recommend Archie’s.

Awesome food that’s always fresh. The only thing that I don’t like is that I live on the other side of town so I can only get it when I’m working in the area.
