I was running some errands with my dog in my car. I took a wrong turn and ended up at the dead end where Hammer Park starts. I tried to do a u-​turn but my dog started whining in sadness that we were leaving this beautiful new park undiscovered. So I did what any good dog owner would do and pulled over and let him sprint around the park for 15 minutes.
Their are two large ovals great for dogs and a playground for kids. The park is attached to a football club, so I presume there’s a lot of activity on the fields during footy season.
