As well as the usual SEO steps, responsive design and coding which enables a site to be viewed well on any platform, is now top of the list in Google’s eyes and ours.

History

Established in 2015.

Now Live Web Design was born when Google announced it’s new mobile-​friendly algorithm in April 2015. Before then I was engaged in web design and development for my own and other small business operators for 20 years. The relevance of Google’s latest bias towards mobile-​friendly sites gave me the incentive to create this new business to fulfill the need for responsive layout and coding.

I am a local (Sydney) business owner who understands the importance of being found on the internet by potential customers or clients. The number of people searching online is increasing at a significant rate with the advent of the smart phone. The days of placing an ad in the local paper to attract business leads is long gone. I understood the importance of having a presence on the web 20 years ago to attract clients for my own counselling service. Since then I have been creating websites for myself and other professionals or small business operators.
