Holy crap this place is great. For Valentines day my wife and I did a chocolate making course here. So we drive out here and its in a great part of Middle Head where you have ocean views from the shop. There are some people enjoying coffee/tea and some snacks as well as some people doing some shopping. However, we came to learn how to make to stuff. We get there and see these great big buckets of Valrhona( ) buttons that is used to manufacture the boutique chocolates. We get a lesson in hand tempering and then we are off. We made some white chocolate with rasberry bark, milk chocolate freckles, milk chocolate bars, and dark chocolate hearts filled with a vegan rose cream. Overall a great experience.

From Wednesday to Sunday, you can watch the chocolatiers in action and indulge in a hot chocolate or a coffee in one of Sydney’s loveliest harbourside locations, or book in advance for a chocolate-making course or groups events and birthday parties.
