Our philosophy is to provide our customers with a mostly gluten and lactose free dining experience.
With today’s rise in these dietary restrictions, there is a growing need for a café in Sydney that caters for these dietary requirements, as well as anyone with a love for fine food.
We are striving to provide a dining experience for those with these dietary requirements by preparing our foods with the utmost care to reduce the possibility of cross contamination.
We offer our customers foods with minimal preservatives, as we are making many products onsite and therefore our fine foods are a much healthier option.
Our menu will be regularly changing with focus on using fresh seasonal produce.
We use smaller suppliers from around Sydney, NSW, Australia and sometimes New Zealand.
When products are sourced from other countries we will use fair trade suppliers wherever possible.
We are sustainable and environmentally friendly — using recycled /biodegradable takeaway containers /no docket machines /low-energy lighting /minimal packaged items.
