History

Established in 2010.

I really wanted to combine my personal strengths, education, experience working in large international and small business over the years with my passion for positive psychology, employment law and business. It took a bit of time to get established and clear on the solutions I could offer to businesses and I continue to refine, rework and develop simple to implement solutions to achieve positive results. There are many service providers and technological advancements to help businesses with human resources management what was missing was a framework and simple 5 step approach to implementing and maintaining high performance, employee engagement, business success and employment law compliance which is what King Consulting HR offers without a huge financial outlay or specialist information technology changes.

Sonia King, the managing consultant of King Consulting has over 20 years’ experience in the business world and has held senior leadership roles across multiple industries and specialisation. She has a real passion and energy for people and business and making things as simple and easy as possible.

Sonia is Degree and post Degree qualified in Psychology and Human Resources Management and other business and industry specific topics.
