Two stars because it was open & on the way we were headed out of town, so convenient. But, it’s not gelato to write home about. It appears to be pre-​made, pre-​packaged. The friendly service we received should be expected when you are only 2 of 5 total guests.
Unfortunately for this place, we know good gelato and this isn’t it.
Fortunately for them, we are not locals so they won’t have to worry about what we think.

As crazy as it sounds, we ate gelato here today– with temperatures barely 10 degrees warmer than the gelato itself! Well, if the Italians can eat it on a cold day, well why can’t I? As tooth-​aching as it sounds, my favorite was the dark chocolate and mint flavours. Staff were super– friendly and happy to discuss allergy requirements and give plenty of free tastings. I will be back again… perhaps on a warmer day.
