While reversing my car out of the shopping mall, my bumper snagged on the cement block and the end result was a badly damaged, broken bumper. The authorised dealer quoted me $ 1,700 to fix a new bumper. I decided to visit European Autotech and get a second opinion.
Derek at European Autotech, took a careful look at my car and said it could be fixed easily as luckily only the bumper had come off and there were no scratches to the body. Although it was a metallic car, Derek said that silver was a relatively easy colour to match and it would not cost me any more. The total cost for part + labour was just under $ 800. More than 50% cheaper with no compromise on quality. The colour matched perfectly. I feel they actually managed to fade the bumper so it didn’t stand out as being recently fixed. I am so pleased with them that I decided not to extend the warranty on my car with the AD.
They also give me a Courtesy car to use while my car was being fixed. It took 4 days to get my car fixed, but I was glad I had a car to get to work and use over the weekend.
Scheduling a service will maintain your factory warranty as they only use genuine or OEM parts.
