Optus Yes

This Optus store BLOWS in customer service. At 2pm on a weekday, there were at least 4 staff on duty. All slooooooooowwwwlly helping customers. I had to wait, for the most part first in line, for about 15+ minutes to get any service/​meaningful acknowledgement. The guy waiting ahead of me left after a few minutes, and there ended up being about 4 people queuing behind me. The customer service here just plain sucks. I know it’s Miranda fair level service, but c’mon… you have potential customers waiting who aren’t given any acknowledgement for a long time. The staff on today appeared indifferent to the situation in the store. One guy on the staff said at one stage, briefly, ‘we’ll be with you in just a minute’. That minute turned into a long time.
Oddly, what appeared to be a 5^th employee came out from behind, grinning from ear to ear as he just left the store, obviously seeing there were at least 3 of us at that point waiting for service. The place just had a weird vibe.
I bet they lose dozens of customers each day who are waiting for help. The place just isn’t in sync.
To the manager/​owner of this place: I would seriously give the whole training of customer service to your employees a big shake up. Sucks. Period. I was so unimpressed I felt compelled to write this review.
