I tried to go here last night because of the good reviews, but couldn’t find it anywhere. The food court it was supposed to be in only had someplace called Jays Curry. It’s possible this went out of business, or maybe changed names. Either way, it was deserted and I just went somewhere else. I’m leaving 3 stars because I didn’t want to give it a bad or good rating if it is still in business.

This is bare bones Indian take away and I’m so glad to have it close to my home. Indian food in Sydney can be quite expensive with little pay off. Delhi Oi does it right. Simple curries on rice with wicked delicious sides. The Chicken Tikka is some of the best I’ve ever had and their Garlic Naan is divine. I’ve only eaten here during dinner hours when they turn off the buffet and make things to order, so expect a 10 minute wait for your food to be ready. This ensures a better quality than most take away places and it’s probably best just to call ahead. The owner is a really nice guy, so expect service with a smile. Much better than the surly treatment I’ve received at other Indian take away spots. Thankfully, access has become easier at night now that management keeps the front gates open. Though, I highly recommend getting Delhi Oi delivered if you are deterred from the seemingly empty food court at night.
