I hope these haiku’s give you a fair idea of my impressions of this place. The patio outside is hard to miss as it has a noticeable sprawling feeling to it. Lots of tables with ample shade a midst the umbrellas and trees makes it a great spot for a post work, play or touring bevy. $ 5 pints for there special beer of the month is an affordable all day option.
The interior is quite expansive with a variety of vibes for whatever the occasion you are out for. I will have to come back and try some food, but as far as my first impression goes I quite like this place.

This lovely clean, crisp pub is great for a casual drink and equally great for a casual meal. My last visit fell amid the craziness of peak festive season. A trying time for anyone in hospitality. However, our celebratory dinner maintained an appropriate level of jubilation until we savored the last sip of our beautiful beverages.
The staff were prompt with orders, quick footed and cheery. I was event tempted to tip — something not common in the Southern Hemisphere although something I think about, having lived overseas before.
Tasteful Christmas decorations reflected the feel of the pub and added a certain ambience to the atmosphere. And, joy of joys! At the end of the meal we were told each of us could have a free glass of port. Now, there is nothing like free stuff to get a customer on your side… especially free stuff with an alcoholic quality. More festive cheer all round!
The prices were very reasonable and the menu selection was also good. Although I did vow to go back and sample their decidedly delectable cakes that tantalise and tease all who lay eyes on them.
The lush and inviting courtyard caught my eye on the way in. Another day, another time, before the wind starts to chill I will endeavour to experience the ambience of the lush greenery, a hot Australian summer arvo and the deep satisfaction of fulfilling a cake craving. Seventh Avenue — there will be a second date.
