Xtraction exists, I think, for one reason only: Without it, everyone who practices at the Commonwealth Law Courts building would probably go crazy. This way, they can enjoy their morning coffee, or grab a quick lunch, without straying too far from the Court.
It’s your standard coffee and lunch place; drinks, sandwiches, salads, a hot item or three … but nothing particularly impressive. A captive audience makes them lazy.
