Star Bar, definitely one of Melbourne’s favourite Sunday night venues, has a gorgeous roof top terrace with an open decked area for dancing, plenty of seating as well as a BBQ for functions. There is a downstairs area as well which can hold up to 300 patrons.
I like the atmosphere of Star Bar, as with most of Melbourne’s clubs that are open on Sunday nights, it tends to attract a pretty relaxed crowd (usually those who don’t have to work the next day!) This being said the crowd is usually a little on the younger side, typically being aged mid to late twenties.
Due to its famous roof terrace Star Bar is a very popular in the summer months. Only being open on Sunday’s during the colder times of the year, Star Bar is re-​launching their Saturday nights as well as of October 8th.
