Sorrento Boat pier is well known around the Melbourne area for its boat cruses (the Moonraker II boat) that take you out into the bay to swim with Dolphins and Sea Lions in their natural habitat.
Its a great day out and even if your not a great wimmer your in safe hands as everyone swimming wears positive boyancy wet suits so you float on the top. Also the trip is very well organised with safety in mind.
A facinating look into the lives of our sea friends.
Sorrento is also a lovely town with lots of nice shops, boutiques and restauraunts.
