Melbourne Halal Kebabs is good for a quick bite on the run. They’re located on Flinders Ln, near the intersection with Swanston St, making them conveniently situated. The menu is very simple, with several kebab wraps, shish kebab wraps, shish plates, biryani, and pizza.(Be warned: the pizza prices are crossed out on their menu.) The food certainly won’t blow your mind, but it’s not too bad when you’re after a cheap and fast bite.

I’ve been here, but forgotten that I have. I’m pretty sure last time I got a kebab that was about $ 10 and pretty filling. Reasonably tasty, but inside it’s a very small shop space, so take away is about the only option. The kebabs are grilled after being cooked in a hotplate sandwich press thing, which give quite a good end result.
