You wouldn’t pick it from the outside, but this little gem nestled modestly on a quiet corner on Little Collins Street offers some of the most intricate design for formal menswear.
The designer is a local boy, hailing from the Western suburbs. Recently he’s added women’s wear to the collection, which I admit is a bit hit and miss. My friend bought a beautiful black coat from here and it had the most lovely strip of velvet detail around the seams.
Unique menswear can be hard to find, even harder if you’re trying not to look like a wanker. I suggest this store for the more subtle dressers out there, wanting to buy something that’s very well made, locally-​designed and will set you ‘just enough’ apart from the rest.
