DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have recently shipped using this company and I would not recommend them at all. We went with a partial container for cost purposes and this proved detrimental. Originally the sales Staff and packing staff were wonderful but the shipping coordinator did not answer emails or follow up.
We escalated issues of lack of communication and lack of ownership several times. They did not articulate effectively that there would be additional costs in USA (it is potentially in the very very fine print), nor that the potential these could range in the 1000s (yes plural of dollars). Their U.S. Partner seemed to be clandestine about the simplest fact of has our shipping arrived, what date it arrived and if it had even got to customs (so that you are aware that has taken us 8 days to get an answer to has it arrived). It has been a constant follow up by the customer i.e. me. I have had to escalate several times and get on the phone to both parties to attempt to get some information where the words used were potentially next week (don’t think I will hold my breath).
Moving is a gruelling experience at the best of times but 5 months without furniture is closer to a joke and the rudeness of the manager when you question any of the points is ridiculous where I was told I have a meeting to go to. If you are too busy to address a customer who has been chasing since May then you are too busy for my business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
